Center Street Development
A Strategic Vision for Multigenerational Living in Rochester
We’re in the early design and planning stages of a multi-phase development on Center Street — a nearly 0.64-acre site in close proximity to Mayo Clinic. Our goal is to create thoughtfully designed housing that serves the neighborhood, addresses the growing need for quality homes, and supports residents across generations.
Phase 1
The project begins with an age-in-place accessory dwelling unit (ADU), serving as a proof of concept for accessible, tech-enabled living that supports independence and comfort for aging residents.
Phase 2
Phase two envisions a 24-unit multigenerational housing community. These homes will prioritize smart design, livability, and long-term sustainability — fostering connection between neighbors while helping meet Rochester’s housing needs.
This development represents more than construction — it’s about meaningful community impact, strategic land use, and forward-thinking solutions to housing challenges.
