  • Rate: $25/hour

  • Booking: Hourly — no minimum required

  • Standard Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

  • After-Hours Access: Available — inquire for details

  • Access: Keyless entry provided after booking

  • Capacity: Seats 10 at the table, with room for 6+ additional chairs
